Can't stand all these 1 and 2 pitch outs, I missed the days we killed pitch counts and got into the BP and rolled.

They are must wins if they want to win the division, you can only horsefeathers the bed so long on the road before you have a bad homestand.

Sitting on a 1-3 trip waiting out an off day to play the Phillies would be a disaster. They need to get this horsefeathers figured out and stop building up a lead at home to only go blow it on the road. We end the year in St Louis so that would be a bad place to keep that trend up.

Nobody is taking worse AB than Heyward leading off dude is hitting under .130 there since 2014. This game sucks, and I'm bored, so I'm going to break this down. "Since 2014" Heyward batting 1st in the order: 2014: .270/.343/.393 (428 PA's) 2015: .000/.000/.000 (4 PA's) 2016: .000/.250/.000 (12 PA's) 2017: .105/.227/.158 (22 PA's) 2018: /1.000/ (1 PA) 2019: .159/.227/.377 (75 PA'S) So the one year that he got consistent playing time, he did pretty well. The next 5 seasons he racked up a whopping total of 114 PA's and was not good. HARD HITTING ANALYSIS Yes since Heyward publicly said he didn't like leading off

They 100% use the RBI stat when guys take bad AB and don't get them in. Because they are 98 years old Nope because guys like Aquino can mash when challenged with nobody on base, but when guys are in scoring position they don't take good AB and have a hard time driving in runs unless they guess right and hit a HR.

What makes this post funny is that's exactly why he wasn't viewed a Top-30 prospect 35 HR total with 66 RBI and Runs. Any scout using RBI or runs as a metric for judging prospects should lose his job immediately They 100% use the RBI stat when guys take bad AB and don't get them in.
