  1. Lucroy out here telling people to Edith Cox
  2. Joe needs to get Schwarber in for Almora with the LHP is out
  3. Heyward is 0-for-3 tonight and he came in with a line of .164/.203/.393/.597 leading off this year. I know, you’ve made about a hundred posts about it in the past two days I must need to post it more with idiots like you who still think he's been good there because he hit a couple leadoff HR
  4. You are a broken record of stupid Heyward is 0-for-3 tonight and he came in with a line of .164/.203/.393/.597 leading off this year.
  5. 1.361 OPS 8 games deep for Castellanos with a ton of rockets for outs mixed in.
  6. Heyward clearly isn't the answer to the leadoff question
  7. Chatwood should have been the PH and then came into pitch.
  8. Hamels is going to have nightmares about this park. He got hurt here last time and now blew a 5-1 lead.
  9. If Happ keeps hitting and can play decent 2nd you guys don't have to worry about me bitching about not having Russell up other than when Javy needs a day off.
  10. Love putting up a big inning right after the Reds blew their shot at a run.
  11. Almora needs to have Nick teach him how to hit
  12. Sucks Castellanos has Boras as his agent since he will look to drag things out.
  13. How are they not getting Ryan Braun
  14. Nice to get a bounce on the road for a change.
  15. Coming into this game Heyward was hitting .233 with a .281 OBP in 8 games since taking over the leadoff spot again. Overall on the year hitting first heading into today he was at .164 with a .203 OBP.
  16. Can't you just go to your safe space?
  17. Yup. 4-6 is also probably “fine.” Face Bauer, Gray, Castillo and Nola. It’s technically a 4 city trip with no off days because next Sunday vs the Pirates they play at the LLWS. But let’s do 6-4. If we want to win the division it has to be better than 4-6 and 5-5 The Reds are a losing team, the Phillies are 26-34 thier last 60 games and the Pirates are in a total freefall right now. The same time we are playing this trip the Cardinals are playing the Pirates, Royals and Reds for 9 to get back winning and the Brewers just got right sweeping the Pirates.
  18. You guys apparently need to watch more baseball as every year guys get traded to contenders and see major boots in performances. Its amazing how you idiots are willing to go full [expletive] on other subjects because you got triggered by me saying Russell should be on the team. Additional names from last year are Kevin Gausman 4.43 with the O's heads to Atlanta and has a under 3 ERA in 10 starts. Brach went from a 4.85 to a 1.52. Ryan Pressly went from a 3.40 ERA to 0.77. The Cubs just last year got Hamels 2.36 ERA in 12 starts Chavez 1.15 ERA in 32 games De La Rosa 1.17 ERA in 17 games Garcia got bombed in a spot start but they got him for the BP and he posted a 1.23 ERA in his 7 games out of the pen.
  19. I wasn't serious about Aaron Sanchez but it was still funny to throw 0-13 with a 7.49 ERA over May, June and July to a win in a no-hitters in your faces.
  20. horsefeathers Yes, Dodgers walk them off.
  21. Needing a ton of help for the WC isn't a pennant chase. My point is guys getting to go to legit contenders can be a spark and turn back the clock. Which is 100% a fact and happens every year despite you idiots wanting to argue otherwise. But If I said it was a horsefeathers pick up you fools would be here talking how great it is.
  22. BP gets the DP ball to give the offense a chance
  23. When did Boston get in a pennant chase? On July 15th when the Red Sox traded for him and they had a 54.3% chance to make the playoffs per Fangraphs. 9 out of 1st?
  24. I bet ZG is doomed.
  25. Andrew Cashner with the Orioles: 3.83 ERA, 1.8 fWAR Andrew Cashner with the Red Sox (pennant chase!): 7.53 ERA, -0.2 WAR. When did Boston get in a pennant chase?
