  1. What does that have to do with him completely biffing on a ground ball he was in front of? He wasn't in front of it. He tried to reach down to beside his left foot and clanked it
  2. Going to be need 4 innings out of the pen due to the errors and K's. So we could use some Gallagher insurance runs.
  3. Rizzo needs to get rid of those cement shoes
  4. If we ever get tired of this bad 2B play we have a guy in Iowa who has a line of .309/.415/.485/.900 between MLB/AAA since June 25th
  5. He has the HR and triple so how about the Jason Heyward game to get this sweep
  6. Bad 24 hours for the Maldonado for Kemp trade. Wily gets hurt, Martin catches a no-hitters and Kemp boots a double play
  7. Gross AB from Vic when we need him to step it up
  8. 5th walk for Schwarber in his last 8 PA
  9. Its amazing we've got this good version of Heyward and aren't running away with the division
  10. Might want to try more 98 and less 88 to the MVP
  11. Nice win to get back tied for firs. Now we need the A's to bring a couple wins over the Cardinals with them to Chicago on Monday. A sweep behind Yu tommrow would be nice to push the Brewers deeper into a WC hole as insurance. On the WC front it sucks we play the Nats and Phillies almost as much as they face each other the rest of the way 3 and 3 versus 5 for Nats/Phils. Get well soon Willy.
  12. Kimbrel has the knuckle-curve working today
  13. Big hit Javy, loved how the ball sliced right into the hole up the middle.
  14. Willy must feel its a bad one if he broke down over it.
  15. Good to see Almora turn on a ball, he almost stopped pulling the ball after ball into the stands in Houston.
  16. He’s quite likely the best RP He no doubt has good stuff but is wild. Fell behind Thames 3-1 before getting him and 3-1 on Arcia before giving up a hit on grooved FB taking some off. It worked out that time vs bottom of order, but that control is scary in tie game.
  17. Joe has way too much faith in a wild Wick in a tie game
  18. Russell has bad numbers off the bench this year when he was playing with the hand issue and threw the bat away on almost every swing. He has a .798 OPS over 38 starts so yes that is valid since is nearly a quarter of the year.
