    Definitely short arms it, which has a tendancy to cause elbow problems.

    Watching the scouting video, throws in the mid to upper 80s, can hit 90, has a pretty good 12-6 curve thats in the upper 60s...

    He doesn't look like he is getting any power or help from his legs in the video, all upper body and arm, but is still getting into the high 80's, hit 90 a couple of times, but still.
