    I've been as critical of Baker as anyone and I still think he needs to go, but I don't think anything will make this team any better. Honestly who could win with this bunch of crap? I know I'm beating a dead horse, but Baker is part of the reason that the team is inadequate. He asked for many of the players he has now. He rides he starters too hard - especially in 2003 when Prior was what, 22 years old? Or was he 23? It sickens me that injuries are being used as an excuse when Baker probaby played a part in some of those injuries. something that made me smile I also love you. :URK: In other news, I'm laughing my butt of as Wagner has walked in the 2nd run of the inning, and just hit williams to bring in the 3rd run. 4-3 Mets, 1 out, bases loaded, Damon up. Wagner pulled.

    No he didn't. If he gets suspended, what he did is give an opportunity to play in the majors to one of our current minor league catchers. A team can't play with only one active catcher, so a roster move would have to be made to bring up a catcher. Presumably that catcher would get some of the starts. My guess would be Theriot would go back down and an Iowa catcher would come up. #1. Baker #2. They would just have Mabry fill in.

    Please explain why you think that the Cobs will score 5 runs against a pretty good pitcher, especially since they cant hit lefties if their lives depended on it. Team speed. With guys like Pierre and Hairston at the top of the order, we can score runs faster than you can blink an eye. GO CUBS! Please tell me you're joking... Plus the speed of Cedeno and Perez at the bottom of the lineup. Mark my words, small ball will win this game. GO CUBS! So, what happened to all those runs that great speed was going to score us? This team is a frick'n joke. Chicago Cubs! Whats the joke? Huh? Well, thats the punchline, whats the joke?
