  1. Might see a few different arms in the pen on Friday
  2. I wasn't saying they could be 4 back now, i said they had (blew) an opportunity to be 4-5 back going into the break, if they could beat the reds ( yesterday, today, tomorrow) after the pirates swept them today.
  3. Now no... They were 7 back Friday, Cubs and Pirate sweep, theyre 4 back. Best they can do now is 5 if Pirates win tomorrow and Cubs win their 2
  4. Sure, but you won't find many teams that have given up at least one in 79 of their 95 games now.
  5. No not likely, but with the Pirates beating them, they had an opportunity to just be 4-5 back at the break if they could beat the Reds
  6. Cubs could be wasting a good opportunity to gain on the Brewers this weekend as they got swept by the Pirates today
  7. Another game, Another homerun given up by a cubs pitcher
  8. Wow, that likely a first for me seeing a guy get picked off first by the pitcher with a runner on 2nd
  9. Ok Javy, you dont have to pitch out of jams every inning, a 1 2 3 one will do
  10. Why dont Counsell just start Alcantara over Happ against lefties ? Hes hitting under 160 against them and close to 100 since April
  11. I mean, when they compare him to Taillon, that doesn't make you feel all that great about him 🙄🙄🙄😅😅😅
  12. Cameron Flukey, Tegan Kuhns, and Cole Carlon, Liam Peterson
  13. Yeh, mlb draft was always weird for me to get into. After the first handful of picks, its more about signability and guys who can help in 3-6 yrs (HS kids), then getting best available player on board.
  14. Theres going to be a bunch of good pitchers available at 23 with all these bats coming off the board, but Cubs will probably draft a HS Shortstop 🙄
  15. Gonna watch for these 3 arms, maybe one can fall to the Cubs at 23. Cameron Flukey, Tegan Kuhns, and Cole Carlon Whomever falls to 23 is going to be special RYNO 🙂
