Get out of this and hopefully the bats have a few more hits they can string together for a couple more runs
  2. chibears55
They do have 3 with the Braves after this
  3. chibears55
Hoerner should've ran through the base too, not sure why he dove there
  4. chibears55
So, are they not gonna score unless the Reds score 😏😏😏
  5. chibears55
Assad gotta give the cubs 4 shutout innings here
  6. chibears55
Sometimes all it takes is a real bad outing to knock a rookie starter who been hot off his game, maybe Abbott struggles a bit after this.
  7. chibears55
Always tomorrow and then make a splash for Ohtani 😁
  8. chibears55
Jose Cuas ?? I hope he just minor league depth, they traded Nelson Velasquez to Royals for him
  9. chibears55
Let get these 2 runs in and chip away here
  10. chibears55
    Yankees would probably take him
  11. chibears55
This was why I had mentioned at PSD before the AS break, if they should make deals sooner rather then waiting til deadline in case they struggle and lose whatever value they have. Stroman gonna need to get his horsefeathers together if they're gonna have any chance of winning the Division.

I was about to write let get at least 1 back here... Swanson
  13. chibears55
Let kick ass now that theyre buyers and take this division...
  14. chibears55
Here we go, if they're buyers now, let kick butt and win this series and take this division
  15. chibears55
Just figured they'd keep Kay as he the only current lefty they have on roster and add another with him, I guess Assad or Palencia can go back down
  16. chibears55
Trade Marquez, Mervis, and Davis for Ohtani 😅
  17. chibears55
They obviously need another lefty in pen and an upgraded arm there too. I'm guessing of the ones they have currently, Fulmer and Rucker may be the odd man out

Cubs got cash consideration in the deal too, so they're probably still close to the 5 mil under the Threshold. I'd prefer Mancini to go but have to guess Wisdom may be on the who wants him list, only because of the position played.

    I wish..lol

Not sexy but as a SH he will give them a needed power bat/ run producer in middle of lineup and much improve defense at 3B.

Did anyone hear the guy on ESPN1000 this morning ask Kapman and Jesse Rogers if Candelario would be much of an upgrade over Madrigal 😅
  22. chibears55
Be nice if they can extend him.. They obviously aren't selling after this move, so hopefully they'll extend Bellinger too.
