Managers are only as good as their players performances on the field. He has 13 position players, he starts the best 9 most every game, it's up to the players to do their job in between the lines. They aren't. When you have a team BA of .228, OBP of .309, and OPS of .677, Your best hitter (.266/.370/. 395/.765) is a 33 YO 4th OFer that had to play in Korea 2 seasons ago. There's not much a manager can do.

Harris is the new Waving Wendell Kim... He watching the whole play and can see where Madrigal is as Cruz is about to recieve the throw, terrible send, he also has to know that he has Bellinger and Morel coming up to get those runs home, so zero reasons to be extra aggressive there and risk it. -

I'm ready for them to start trading guys and just bring up kids from Iowa and let them play out the season. Seriously, they have 12 position players that are making bottom of rotation starters look like top of rotation guys most games. I wouldn't be surprise if they were bottom 5-10 in hitting for every starting position in MLB C, 1B, 2B, etc.....
