  1. This is the same team as last year You say that like it's a bad thing. Why do even watch sports if they make you this miserable? I mean, this team is in a championship window. So a peak of getting their asses kicked in the NLCS isn't a year people should strive to want.

  3. Eventually, when doesn't this become a narrative? The offense got embarrassed in the playoffs last year and couldn't situational hit all season.
  4. Wrigley will be just as bad the next 2 months. It's why being a home run or bust team like the Cubs will cost you.
  5. This team just isn't clutch at all. Not sure how much more of a sample size we need from last year to this year.
  6. The Afternoon slot was doing awful against Waddle & Silvy, can't imagine this changes anything though. No clue why they broke up Spiegel & Parkins though. They were killing it against Kapman and Carmen & Jurko. I wonder if they could have held their own against Waddle & Silvy with more time together.
  7. Spiegel and Parkins seemed to be coming around and it was much better than Kapman and Carmen and Jurko. Parkins and Mac sounds terrible.
  8. even Chicago? Yes. They aren't going 16-0. But there's no reason they can't be a 10-6 team. Bears are probably a 7-9 team in a tough NFC North. Which will be seen as a win by the fanbase in year four of a rebuild because expectations are shot so low these days.
  9. Sherman isn't coming to the Bears, he wants to win now. I'd rather draft one of the CB's in the top 10 anyways.
  10. I'd generally be okay with trading Howard for the right package. He's a one-dimensional player that doesn't really fit in Nagy's system. But the proposed trade would be asinine. Landry isn't worth what he's going to be paid.
  11. I read this entire article and came out of it still not knowing how he came to the conclusion that Mitch is good.
  12. No thanks on giving up picks and overpaying for Landry. Doing one of those is bad enough.
  13. WR's just got more expensive [tweet] [/tweet]
  14. I think our fans are more toned down and knowledgeable since Theo got here.
  15. who would write such a thing wow Article was well written. The headline was crap. Doubt Law wrote the headline, ESPN has people for that
  16. Alshon is gonna win Super Bowl MVP while the Bears search for 3 WR's this offseason
  17. [expletive] Ryan Pace for life
  18. If the Cubs don't make a move heading into the regular season, their moves are Chatwood and Morrow and lost Arrieta? The Brewers were nearly better than them last year. the brewers were not nearly better than the cubs last year. the cubs are also obviously adding a pitcher. What? They were a young team that had a 5.5 game lead on them at one point. They fell apart at the end of the year. They've added a ton so far, what if they sign Darvish?
