Experiencing Turbulence has picked up Leonys Martin but that player has not been available for an amateur draft yet since he only just signed with the Rangers on May 4th. Am I correct in this thinking that Martin cannot be picked up yet by any team?

We're just talking about adjusting hitters points and not pitchers points, correct? Most likely. Although it's likely that nothing will actually change. While Roy Halladay might be the most valuable player in the league, his current value is way above most of the other players and should it continue to be that way going forward? Reason I ask is something like this will skew the worth of players as keepers based on a revised scoring system going into a new season.

I disagree that he is agreeing to everything you agree you're disagreeing with to a degree. :swoon: This is how my other league is set up and we have none of these issues.

I agree. A lineup should be set on Monday's with exclusions being to SPs in order to get 7 total starts for the week, league trades, injured players or any other unforeseen circumstances.

VMart is only 12.7 points behind the highest scoring catcher in McCann and with 40 less AB. I love the upside of Arcia and Lamb worries me with a couple of the arm issues he has had. Avila would have been a nice exempt keeper next season for me though. I think it was a pretty good trade for both sides.

Removing Soriano from lineup with a strained left quadricep that will keep him out a few games if not send him to the DL and replacing him with Michael Morse.

You definitely caught Chuck in a brain fart. I obviously like the deal, but if you look past the names and at the performance so far the value of Hanley + Longoria was down. Especially with Hanley having back issues right now. Still, that's way too much proven productivity to give up in that deal. Chuck's season is pretty much over and these guys may be cheaper than in previous seasons and good cornerstones to build on.
