  1. I read it had 2 11m option years
  2. Caratini going to where Sisco is ready to finally seize the spot would be odd. Although a 3 way trade could always happen. I do hope that when Vic is traded it's to a team that is willing to give him an everyday role.
  3. Raisin you're a beast. You gonna type out every putout for the season with your recaps?
  4. This was good but would've been better if he would've sat there and debated with those guys more and given more face time/chance to recognize him. The wind always blows in at Wrigley line was funny.
  5. I love that they can't even use asterisks to denote cuss words lol
  6. Who the horsefeathers is Mike Mayers?
  7. Don't GAF that's it's just ST, love seeing Happ and Schwarb's slash lines
  8. I wonder if we were in on Claybourn; if not, I wonder why. He might have simply wanted to go to a top dog. But at 2/12 I think we should have been all over him. I would like to bring in Jordan Matthews to give Mitch yet another weapon and add needed depth. I expect a couple LB signings also. There's nothing great out there but that could change after cuts. Bowman has been floated by a couple guys and I'd be totally down with that. He is cheap and not totally washed up yet. Anxious to see what moves Pace makes.
  9. Leming says we still have close to 30 (though you gotta allocate about 7 for the rookies) and Robinson's first year cap is 11. We have a lot of room for the 2nd wave and to lock in Goldman and probably Amos as well. We are so well positioned to go BPA. I'm looking for Nelson but I have a feeling he won't be there. After that, Edmunds, Ward, or Landry would be pretty horsefeathering sweet. I really love the ceiling on Edmunds and if he pans out he'd get his 2nd contract at the ripe age of 24, which is just amazing.
  10. So this opens up about 6m more to play with in the 2nd wave of FA? I'm surprised we didn't beat NE's 2/12 for Claybourn. I'm hoping we grab Reid and maybe even Bowman on a 1 year deal.
  11. Kyle, why'd you have to sign that offer sheet from GB
  12. Suarez got the contract I'm thinking Russell should take
  13. I feel like we're pretty much done and will probably try to extend Fuller, Amos, Goldman, long-term, and maybe have enough left for a cap casualty OL or edge rusher.
  14. Oh horsefeathers, great news to wake up to with Burton. Felt like he was becoming something of a longshot.
  15. My dad on the left, brother in the middle, and me on the right. This is after the check swing by Rollins.
  16. Why would the Packers be in on Robinson? They have like the most expensive receiving group in the league and they need to spend money elsewhere because they have holes everywhere on defense. There have been tweets that the Packers and 49ers are our biggest competition for Robinson. Speculation is Nelson and Cobb are seen as possible cuts.
  17. Can't let the Packers beat us for Robinson but who wouldn't pick Rodgers over Mitch? Gonna have to back up the Brinks.
  18. I know some of you guys were there for G7 or other WS games but watching him at the peak of his powers no-hit the Dodgers will probably always be my most memorable sports game watched in person.
  19. I'd like Zobrist to perform well enough to be dumpable after the season
  20. VBs should honestly step up and sign them both
  21. Taylor had 7 opportunities against playoff teams last year CAR ATL NO KAN NE (x2) JAX (wild card) He threw 2 TDs in those games. 3 times (CAR, NE, JAX) the Bills scored 3 points. Against the Falcons he threw 1 TD, they got 3 FG, and the determining score was a fumble return TD, or they would have lost 17-16. Against the Saints he completed 9/18 passes for 56 yards and was yanked for Nathan Peterman, who threw a 2nd half TD, something Tyrod didn't do once against a playoff team. Against the Patriots the 2nd time they got 3 FG and an INT return. The defense gets major credit for holding the Chiefs to 10 points but alas he did just enough to squeeze out a victory, including his other TD pass against a playoff team. I mean he was absolute trash against playoff teams. It's easy to see why they determined they had seen enough to know that he just doesn't have it as a starter in the league.
  22. Botie's bomb today was a missile but Shoemaker served it on a platter
