  1. There's a horsefeathering service provided by the league that will pick these guys up at any time of the night and take them home. What a horsefeathering travesty. So sick.
  2. 28-3 run is absolutely ludicrous I had some confidence when they cut the lead in half but did not ever expect to win by that much
  3. Vuc really tanked those shooting numbers
  4. Really nice W. DeRozan is such a lethal player on offense. Can really lead his guys and get them involved while also pouring in the points. I'm convinced they're a playoff team and I missed a golden opportunity to cash in by taking the over. They're gonna win about 50 games I believe.
  5. I like the suggestion of just renaming them the Hammers so they can keep doing their hideous gesture but also honor Hank Aaron at the same time.
  6. Man, Caruso caught a pass at the top of the key while he was in mid-air and managed a perfect chest pass to the corner behind him before he landed. That feels like an extremely tough play to pull off and he made it took simple.
  7. I know there's more to playing defense but bad defender Vucevic has 10 STL+BLK in the last 2 games. Ball is putting up big defensive stats too
  8. Safe to say Tyler Matzek's streak of pitching in 8 consecutive games is coming to an end tonight
  9. TBH he was pretty invisible. But also have to remember he's still getting back into shape due to his injury, and this is the 2nd game he has played with most of these guys. I can see it being quite difficult to assert himself among those 4 starters offensively but am hoping maybe his rebounding ticks up at least. In 28 minutes that is quite the empty box.
  10. I didn't watch the game but was Pat at least playing great defense that also wouldn't show up in the box score?
  11. Astros just whipped their horsefeathering asses in the 9th though :(
  12. What's the record for UC calls for one defender in a season
  13. He walked 4 and recorded 4 outs
  14. Definitely hard to come up with good moments from a 1st ballot HOF LB, 4-time all pro, 2x DPOTY, who led his team to a Superbowl. Signature moments. Let's hear em.
  15. It's funny, I can't recall many signature moments from Urlacher that are good but I can always think of 3 bad ones. Those being, getting trucked by Bettis, juked by Brady, and getting tackled by Aaron horsefeathering Rodgers in the NFCCG on what should have been an easy pick 6 in a game in which our offense had no horsefeathering chance to put points on the board. Other awful moments vs these fuckheads would be the bomb to Cobb and the moron defense staring at a live ball on the ground for a good 10 seconds. Psychologically it sure seems that they have our number. We play tight AF vs them. And Nagy's game plan is usually foiled in 2 drives at most. Need some mystic intervention this Sunday.
  16. It really burns me up that even Mills threw for 300/3 today. Take off the motherfucking training wheels.
  17. Defense had a lot of critical penalties but was otherwise incredible today. I will certainly take 3-2 but I hate our coach.
  18. Nagy is such a weakling of a coach
  19. I figured Franco would live up to the billing and be an amazing MLB hitter, but a 400 wOBA with a 3.8 K% over his last 130 PA?! JFC, like I knew he had the streak going and was killing it but whoa
  20. Dave Roberts emptying the clip in 9 innings is so Dave Roberts. Using Knebel for 1 out was just stupid IMO.
  21. Yeah I was following the PBP and this made no sense to me at all, provided the description was accurate. It appeared to be a first down catch which would have kept the clock running. But instead we took the clock killing penalty. Correct? And what about the timeout we took on 3rd and 32 with 8 minutes left? What was the reason for that? Did he need to change personnel or something? Literally could have just called a QB kneel or some dumb run up the middle.
  22. Goldman removed from the injury report FWIW
  23. Damn, if those just didn't count they'd only have like 7 more WS than the Cubs I’ve said this before but I don’t care about championships before I was born. It doesn’t bother me that the Cubs sucked when my dad was a teenager while the Cardinals were winning titles. Yes I would be waving those 80 year old titles in my rivals face if the roles were reversed but it doesn’t bother me that they do. I actually feel you on that It's just funny seeing a bunch of Cubs fans lament the magic dust of the Cardinals when they've just flat out been a far better organization than the Cubs for like 95% of our existence. We squandered the one chance we had to reverse that in such a loveable losery way.
  24. Remember how much we laughed when Brewers fans thought their front office and future outlook was better than ours? What idiots they were it ended up being that way, but they weren't right. they thought we were doomed because we traded away guys like eloy/gleyber and then gave out some bad contracts. they didn't know/predict that a) the ricketts would suddenly cutoff spending and b)all our good players would slowly get worse Speaking of those guys They suck too
  25. Now this is a post I can agree with. I actually think Nagy can be an acceptable coach (in a Tony Dungy situation where he's the figurehead that lets his coordinators call the shots on gameday). And I think Pace could be an acceptable GM based on talent evaluation, if he starts valuing draft picks. But they are both problems, but they aren't the only problems. There's problems everywhere. I don't think they're disasterous problems, but obviously they will continue to be problems without serious changes in philosophies. Maybe they'll figure it out with their next franchises and a part from each other. The absolute best case outlook for each of them is that their collaboration line was even more BS than we realized. How does the GM decide to keep Graham at 7M to be used like he is by his head coach? Sure seems like they forgot to collaborate on that one. There has to be a disconnect between the 2. Not only what you mentioned with Graham; for fucks sake, Pace used his highest pick in 2020 on a guy who thus far has 12 targets in the first 3 games of his 2nd year, and just 5 over the last 2 games. Pace is trying to force his hand to utilize TE, loading up the roster with them, and Nagy just refuses to capitulate and just digs his heels in even deeper. Kmet is gonna be another Olsen. Just watch. Maybe not equal caliber. But I bet this is a guy who can be very productive in a system that emphasizes TE production. I mean everybody knows they are a young QBs favorite security blanket. horsefeathering get him involved.
