  1. That was really, really unfunny. Sorry. I don't even remember what tweet that is for now? EDIT: Correct. Yeah, I was debating posting it... SNL hasn't been that great since they started doing shows from home. It was related to 'TheLastDance' so I posted it in here.
  2. Man, I felt bad for Scott Burrell after watching that...
  3. The director Jason Hehir explained and foretold this scene in an interview. He was asked when he realized how special this doc could potentially be and he brought up this story. He said Jordan never got emotional, and then that question was brought up and they had to break for 30 minutes. The director is awesome too. He's really funny and entertaining and helps explain the backstory for this doc. It was incredibly difficult getting this made.
  4. Yeah, I wish we saw more of MJ's reactions lol.
  5. I don't want the PA to give an inch on further salary reductions. Like Andrew Miller said in that story, player salaries have never been adjusted either way by attendance before and there's no good reason it should start now. We'll see what happens. The proposal will be reviewed and discussed this week. A lot of players are angry about reducing their pay, but the optics will just look really bad for them if they refuse to accommodate MLB here. It's a lose-lose situation.
  6. [tweet] [/tweet]Damn, that sucks. I feel bad for Rob there... I would never want any of my tweets/content to be retweeted by that horsefeathers.
  7. [tweet] [/tweet][tweet] [/tweet]WHERE WAS THE EPIC BAT FLIP THO?
  8. Nice. It kind of sucks that Jordan is no longer part of the MLB Pipeline podcast, but this new one should be really good and very funny.
  9. I'm not sure about the Brewers. I could see a bunch of teams on the west coast having strong interest in Ha-Seong Kim. The Giants possibly... I think Seattle will have strong interest in him, and that might be my prediction where he lands. Maybe Oakland views him as a solid replacement for Marcus Semien (who is definitely leaving in FA) next year? Maybe the Angels?
  10. Those are some great illustrations. The SpongeBob SquarePants one of Pippen is awesome.
  11. I realize the KBO is not for everyone here, but the league definitely has some major league caliber talent. I'm not super familiar with SS Ha-Seong Kim. I like what little I've seen so far, but there is always an adjustment period when they come over. It's just that the pitching (and velocity) is much better in MLB. Kim is very talented and plans on coming over next offseason. I don't think the Cubs get involved however...
  12. That's pretty good lol
  13. Yeah, but that's also because you're a Packers fan; the Jets are a horsefeathering joke.
  14. [tweet]https://twitter.com/keithlaw/status/1256608844857344000[/tweet] [tweet] [/tweet]I haven't read this or know anyone who's read it. I plan on getting this book eventually. I was hoping to just borrow it from a friend... That excerpt on anchoring bias and an automated strike zone is pretty good.
  15. [tweet] [/tweet][tweet] [/tweet][tweet] [/tweet]Dude, this guy has Dong in his name... how can you not love the KBO lol?
  16. [tweet] [/tweet]My reactions to hearing each author (and their books) and then finding out Bartolo Colon also wrote a book lol:
  17. [tweet] [/tweet]
  18. Scott Boras being disingenuous? I'm shocked lol
