    just a terrible season in terms of what it means for the future . the offseason moves were mostly complete duds and the bad ones have multi-year commitments, strome and debrincat fell off, we sold at the deadline and still got trash, and we probably won't be bad enough to get a top 5 pick.

I mean it looked bad off the bat, but it ended up being a 280-ish(?) foot lazy fly ball that hung up so long that had it been fair - unless maybe right on the chalk - would almost certainly have been an out.     well the ricketts stuff is obviously more important than stupid baseball stuff, but it's a lot easier to separate that from the actual sports stuff. cheating is kind of hard to separate from the game itself, although I tend to agree that all teams probably try to cheat and the astros were either more brazen than other teams or just are the ones who happened to get caught.
