Seems like there's been some weird scheduling this year, though I'm sure it's relatively normal: -Had a stretch from April 26-May 15 with 16 out of 19 at home with the only road series being in Pittsburgh. -Going at Milwaukee, at SF and at St. Louis was odd, especially since there was no off day going back to St. Louis. Usually they link the West Coast trips up, like Anaheim and Arizona to start the year or Col/SD/LAD later in the year. -Coming out of the ASB, the Cubs go 6 at home, 5 on the road (though it's Milwaukee and the White Sox), 8 at home, 3 on the road and 10 at home. So that's 24 of 32 at home. So of the first 32 games after the break, for all but 3 of them, the furthest travel is Milwaukee. -The other three road games in the aforementioned post ASB stretch? Another weird West Coast trip to Oakland. At least that one has scheduled days off the Thursday before and Monday after the series.
