    Some comments on BN claim Rizzo is a traitor because Anthony made some nice comments about the Yankees. I could not help but laugh. Sucks that Rizzo is calling it a career but he had a heck of a career. Can not wait until the Cubs put him in their HOF.

    Braves gave up 28 runs in the last two games. So naturally they'll shut out the Cubs because baseball is stupid.

    Apparently Counsell watched Wiggins AAA debut and now there is a possibility the Cubs could call him up before the end of the year. I do not know how to feel about this. Of course, I rather the Cubs to take a safer and healthier road with Wiggins but on the other side, it would be pretty exciting to see him in Chicago. I think I would rather the Cubs to err on the side of caution with Wiggins. I can wait till 2026 to see him.

    My opinion is in line with what BN is saying. Basically a hit piece by a disgruntled former employee. Probably some truth but I need to hear from a more credible source.

    The offense is what it is going to be for the rest of the season. The gameplan should for be the offense to squeeze out 3-4 runs a game, the defense to be immaculate and the pitching keeps the other team to 2-3 runs a game.
