Here's what is scary about Eyre: ERAs in 2000, 2002, 2004: 6.63, 4.46, 4.10 ERAs in 2001, 2003, 2005: 3.45, 3.32, 2.63 Last I looked, 2006 is considered an even numbered year. But to be fair....he's gotten a little (chicken) better each of the even yrs. I don't know if I would give him 3 yrs, or ore then $2.5 mill per, but anything to keep Bartosh from being an option, I consider a solid move.
