After the 20th round, players can sign for up to $25k. Draft order would not be based on record. Rather, the top of the order would rotate annually by division.

    I'm guessing Mack Chambers is signing. Weird to call that news at this point, since he supposedly agreed to terms weeks ago. Yeah, but it isn't "official." The agreeing to terms weeks ago is how Callis knows it's going to be official today. Just my guess.
