  1. You're kidding...11:35 CT? As in, 9:35 PT? Ugh.
  2. And: Richard Lewis Geovany Soto Jon Koronka Russ Rohlicek Sergio Mitre Sorry, forgot about Lewis (he has been at many diferent levels), Koronka and Rohlicek. I'm assuming Soto and Mitre will be called up, as stories have mentioned.
  3. I have to get back to work and then head home. Good luck the rest of the way, Chris!
  4. Chris- Elsehwhere around the Cubs system: Cubs: The Cubs are up 4-2 at the 7th inning stretch. Nomar made a nice defensive play to help Scott Williamson out of a 2-on, 2-out jam. Iowa: Iowa and New Orleans tied up at 1 in the middle of the 4th. Iowa starter Raul Valdes with 7 Ks through 4 innings. David Kelton is 2 for 2 with an RBI. Peoria: Peoria down 4-0 in the 5th, but starting pitcher Jesse Estrada has only surrendered one earned run. Catcher Alan Rick has the only Peoria hit. Boise: They're about to get started in Boise. Cubs first rounder Mark Pawelek will be making his Boise debut.
  5. Definitely! Perfect timing on the announcement there. :P
  6. Agreed. You got excited just as Ron would. :D
  7. That's nice to hear Sing has a good arm in RF.
  8. Wow, O'Malley would fit in with the good-hitting pitchers in the big leagues.
  9. You're doing a great job, Chris. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the shout outs. :)
  10. Updates on Other Games (in case you're interested, Chris): Iowa and New Orleans are scoreless through 1, Raul Valdes with 2 K's in the first. David Kelton had a double. In a shocking turn of events, Daytona's game was postponed, due to rain. Peoria down 2-0 in the 3rd. The big league Cubs team is up 4-0 in the top of the 6th, homers from Nomar and Barrett.
  11. Haha, that's embarassing for Gerber. EDIT: Even if it wasn't his fault, since the middle IF wasn't covering second. Yay, wild pitch!
  12. That's right, I'm keeping track with Casey's hits. 8)
  13. I want my money in cold hard cash, please.
  14. That's a nice looking image, kudos to whomever created that.
  15. West Tenn still has playoffs to deal with, so we won't see any call-ups from them for a while more. We've already seen Cedeno, Murton and Van Buren up before September 1st. The only other guys who are on the 40-man roster in Iowa are Fontenot and Leicester.
  16. That was McGehee's 132nd hit, he's 10 behind Zuleta's team record. Theriot has 134 hits..
  17. Gotta love the grit and attitude Greenberg has.
  18. Casey McGehee! :D RBI double, EPatt scores.
  19. Leadoff single for Eric! :D
  20. He sounds normal to me! I think your location explains why. Nice first inning by O'Malley. Indeed, Uter's known for his Southern accent. :P
