  1. As long as it includes Ron Turner's baffling playcalling and Ron Riviera's nonexistent scheme, and does not include second guessing Kyle/Rex, let it commence. I honestly don't see how one can second guess Rex given his recovery from the first 25 minutes of the game. Yes, he made some really stupid passes, but does anyone expect Orton to have done better? No. I don't blame Rex. Of the inexperienced QBs that were in the playoffs, can't a case be made that Rex played the best? How many TD drives did Eli Manning mastermind against this Carolina D? And with all those weapons at his disposal? No. After he settled down, Rex gained some decent experience and kept us in the game long after the D had blown it. I blame mostly the non-existent defense in this game. Tillman: can you say suckage? Any chance Tillman gets waived? Is Azuman a better shut-down corner? The secondary should definatley be a off-season area to improve. Build it around Vasher & Harris & the Bears will be fine. No way Tillman gets waived and no, Azumah is not a better CB than Tillman. Tillman had a bad game, but he's better than he showed today. But Tillman definitely isn't a #1 corner, he has to play one though on this team. I don't know if I'd want to build a secondary around Harris.
  2. Thanks. I didn't know that happened and I was pretty busy recently studying for my Series 6 NASD exam. I'll be in Arizona for spring training that weekend of Mar. 17 - 20.
  3. Draft a TE (and a FB) who can block too. The FB from Wisconsin and Vernon Davis or Marcedes. I don't care much for WR. One OT, one OG from the draft. One of them has to be a second rounder. Agree with your defensive needs.
  4. It was almost like the coaches didn't even know of Smith. Man, I know all were going to hear from Smith is how good he is. It's not just that. They never bothered to make adjustments to put two guys on him. How you can possibly justify putting Chris Thompson on him in single coverage is beyond me. AFTER BURNING A TIMEOUT.

  6. I thought humping the goal post or whatever that was was really lame.
  7. Multiple OL. The Bears won't be able to get a cover corner. My List would be Antwaan Randle El Mercedes Lewis/ Edwin Pope (1 of them) a good nickle-back (I think Vasher can be a #1 CB, and Tillman can be a #2. He sucked today, but from week 5-today he was good.) Secondary depth. I don't think Vasher can be a #1 CB.

  9. Who still has hope? :|
  10. Wow, a defensive stop!?
  11. Down by 1 score and Turner abandons the run.
  12. Wow, huge doink.
  13. Outcoached and outplayed. Embarassing effort by the defense.
  14. At this point, the defense is pissing me off.
  15. That looked painful for both Hoover and Hillenmeyer.
  16. Carolina keeps getting great field position. Meh.
  17. So when they rule it a touchback, do the Bears get to use the facemask penalty and keep the ball?
  18. That is NOT a touchdown. Wow.
  19. Wow, Muhsin!
  20. I wonder what percentage of the board is old enough to get that one Would you believe I'm 23 and I got it?
