  1. They have a pretty good looking roster. PG- Jrue Holliday/Austin Rivers/Russ Smith SG- Lance Stephenson/Eric Gordon SF- Tyreke Evans/Anthony Morrow PF- Anthony Davis C- Omer Asik/Ryan Anderson Hornets are in Charlotte now. You posted the Pelicans. Hornets have a decent roster too though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yeah, we already did this. I googled "Hornets roster" and it sent me to the Pelicans page. Yea for some reason when I replied I thought I was at the last post already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. For as unhealthy as we were on D we were REALLY healthy on O, despite Cutler missing time. Health is easily the most likely way our O regresses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I don't think he needs to replace Barney, not full time at least. Let him get 4-5 of his starts in CF since that's where he has less experience and will likely end up long term. Let Barney provide you some solid D and Bonafacio can be dealt or honestly DFA'd. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. The final tally on the McDermott trade is 16, 19, and three second rounders after sending out two more seconds in the Magic trade. And by Magic trade I of course mean the trade of the next Magic Johnson to Orlando. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Well they'd need at least one more on the roster and can sign vet min guys. But they are done cap wise. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Obviously it's SL but that's good. Lots of scrubs dominate SL, but not necessarily efficiently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Welp we probably didn't have a shot at DJ then, as that's more than RMLE. At least no one seems really untradeable. Let's get another star via trade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I think talks we're going on for a while even if the official offer time table was short. I doubt extra time would have moved Deng. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Sounds like Kirk may still sign for a little less than RMLE. If they can move Ranolph they might still be able to squeeze Kirk in with cap space and keep the RMLE for another move, but it's unlikely with Niko needing to make 5.3-5.5 in year one. Assuming you are out of room it probably makes sense now to just front load Niko, Pau and Kirk and outside of vet mins you're done. My favorite vet min candidate- Brandon a Rush. 11. Any word on numbers? I'm deathly afraid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Combo guard I'd like for the Room MLE - Jerryd Bayless
  13. Room MLE is 2.732 Hinrich still has some use, but not as a main rotation guy. As the 11-12th man picking up some PG and SG providing some 3 and D he has use as a veteran minimum guy. PER is okay, but leaves a bit to be desired as its mostly an offensive rating. He should basically be the equivalent of replacement level in MLB terms though.
  14. I think whoever the backup PG is will be from the RMLE. Whether it's Augustin or a proxy I think Thibs system has proven to be pretty PG friendly and as long as we don't blow it on Hinrich we should get good production. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Well we're salary dumping Smith, which is a little weird since it only represents a 400k saving.
  16. Well on the two year note, its almost assured that the cap will go up significantly in two years, but it may happen as soon as next year.
  17. Not necessarily. If you're willing to hold off on bringing Mirotic over and do some salary dumping, MDJ, Randolph, and Snell, you could have nearly $10M. Not sure thats enough for Stephenson necessarily. Our best bet may be to hold onto what we have, bring Mirotic over for 3-4M, and still have around another 3 or so plus the RMLE at 2.7. Bring back Augustine or the best available PG. And vet mins like Hinrich Rose-Augustine-Hinrich Butler-Snell-Hinrich MDJ-McDermott Gasol-Gibson-Mirotic-Bairstow Noah-Gasol-Smith +RMLE Deep and pretty flexible cap wise going forward. May be able to take a shot at 2016 FA.
  18. Wouldn't Wiggins have to go to get Love? Yeah, rumor is Wiggins + for Love. Also, there are rumors that LeBron has reached out to Ray Allen and Mike Miller to join him wherever he goes if he leaves Miami. Not sure how that works money wise in Cleveland though. Wouldn't both those guys likely be vet mins, so you wouldn't need additional space. Though they would have the RMLE so one could get 2.7. Maybe they'd have space to give the other guy something similar, no idea though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I don't think so, just make sure you lock Stanton up long term Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Let's just cal him Al. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. They call it business casual but it's lax to my definition. Basically as long as the shirt is collared and it's not blue jeans people wear it. Except IT, they just wear whatever they want and it's like that in all the offices I've seen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. As long as it's in the General NBA thread and not the Bulls thread I don't see why not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I think at best you can hope to package some 5-600k guys with low 100k guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. No, but not because them [expletive] over Wade is something Riley wouldn't do but because your like 7 M over the cap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. So on the high end, you're at 20 guys averaging 200k without any individual making more than 250k. Seems unlikely, but maybe they'll really try and exploit some package deals. Edit - on the low end you'd be averaging about 266k for 15 guys which is obviously impossible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
