  1. A couple things I didn't agree with JT on. 1. He put part of the blame of that Watt unblocked sack on Fields. While he did blame the play design as well, he got on Fields for not getting vertical enough to run away from Watt and for him thinking he can just break the tackle. Sorry, but that was 100% on the design. You can't unblock a guy like Watt for one. The other issue is the other edge guy completely beat Montgomery and would have been there had Fields gotten vertical, which means a bigger loss of yardage. Agreed that I felt like that was BS when he was explaining it. He probably felt like he had to come up with SOMETHING bad (other than missing that guy down the seam on the one he slightly overthrew to the outside guy (goodwin iirc?)).
  2. damn it. i just saw it when i logged into youtube and came in here to post it. i guess i'm too slow for this horsefeathers when umfan is locked in.
  3. They're better than 5th.
  4. They are
  5. You have me on ignore dont you? lol mustve skipped page 8
  6. One roster spot down, 52 to go. granted, that one is more important than like 95% of the rest of those combined.
  7. i mean, it absolutely is, tho.
  8. it's hilarious that even michael horsefeathering jordan's second banana can't stand that he's (accurately) seen as a second banana. like, dude, it's ok.
  9. ha, i literally remember like one play/image from each of those. 2005 urlacher gets owned by bettis 2009 cutler almost walks into the signaling ref with his helmet falling off his head 2013 - ok i actually dont remember a thing about that 2017 - tarik cohen with the crazy game winning td that got called back and jordan howard eventually scored (we spent a good portion of this game arguing about the eliteness of the bears' running game)
  10. this is fun please stay healthy i cant horsefeathering wait for april
  11. quality
  12. media is always slow on turnarounds, even when rosters are massively overhauled. who cares? they're going to be very good and very fun. Ultimately I don't care, but I thought I would read at least 1-2 "Actually what the Bulls are doing is smart" articles, surprised its almost all been very negative. I can't wait to see it in action. IIRC though, you were pretty high on last year's team too, or was that 2 years ago? :) iirc i expected the team two years ago to be around .500 but i didn't fully grasp just how much of an impact jim boylen's clownery would have - and i think they had a bunch of injuries.
  13. media is always slow on turnarounds, even when rosters are massively overhauled. almost all of it is lazy analysis. who cares? they're going to be very good and very fun.
  14. bulls with another fun win caruso is going to be a lot more fun than i realized
  15. not to mention that they have a tv station that they cant afford to completely cripple with a long tank + rebuild, unsustainably high (much higher than what they were in 2011-14 when they also had the good will of people buying in to the theo rebuild) ticket prices that nobody will pay to watch a rebuild (and a season ticket base that isn't just going to stick around in hopes of getting to see that first world series like they might have in the past), and just flat out the fact that the landscape has changed - hoyer himself has said the sign and flip stuff they did back then would not fly today. all that said, horsefeathers ptr and his stupid horsefeathering letter.
  16. so, yeah, urlacher is a jerk and olin obviously can be too but this was still really entertaining. i'd recommend for anyone (pretty much everyone here) who was a big fan of this team during the lovie years.
  17. lol why does this make you mad?
  18. i mean the packers defense is pretty bad and the packers haven't faced a defense like the bears. this account doesn't have many followers so i'm not 100% sold that this is 100% true lol i'm not sure this game is going to go the way many seem to expect. packers are absurdly lucky to be 4-1 (bears are kinda lucky to be 3-2 but it's not like they've been winning on missed last second field goals or some horsefeathers).
  19. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CU_gOPPBwpd/?utm_medium=copy_link i haven't watched this, but i'm guessing it's pretty entertaining. hopefully urlacher doesn't say anything too dumb. alex brown, kreutz, urlacher on some guy's podcast talking about the 2006 MNF game
