  1. i'm assuming this is in response to me. it's one thing to have success with or without great players. it's another for your entire resume to be based on an offense that is bruce arians's baby with tom brady quarterbacking (and, yes, an embarrassment of riches at WR). no idea what the hype is about or what makes people think he's interesting as a candidate other than arians talking him up. it doesn't necessarily have to be the case, but we already saw how much that means with reid/nagy (when reid took the blame for all the bad playcalling and gave him the credit for the good and said nagy was the most HC ready coach he's ever worked with blah blah blah).
  2. yeah, i don't know. not really sure what the hype is about when tom brady and bruce arians (not to mention chris godwin, mike evans, antonio brown, etc.) are around. He also got Winston over 5000 yards with 33 touchdowns to 30 picks so basically he just threw a lot. winston has had better years than that.

  4. Aren’t Ball and Zo the same person? Did you mean Caruso? yeah i'm guessing he meant caruso and ball
  5. what an insanely awesome game this has been we are good.
  6. not sure how anyone can look at his numbers and be shocked he isn't getting consideration Because it’s not always about “numbers” when discussing talent level. i'm not arguing that (even though i wouldn't even say he's an all star on merit, even though he has been a very nice addition and fit on this roster). is this your first time following an all star selection process? (let alone NBA all star). how often do guys who don't put up stats get in (unless they're big name old guys getting in on their past, which also happens)? i just don't see how it's remotely hard to believe that he's not getting hype.
  7. on pace for 55. not bad. prettay prettay prettay good.
  8. they kind of have to pimp vuc because he was an all-star last season. lonzo is great but he's a big stretch. Not sure how anyone can watch these Bulls games and think Lonzo is a big stretch for the AS team. not sure how anyone can look at his numbers and be shocked he isn't getting consideration
  9. 13/5/5 and a 13 PER doesn't scream out all star on the surface i'd say his impact is probably greater than what those numbers would indicate but i'd be more surprised if he WAS getting all star hype.
  10. there is also omicron, and i'd have to go with a seahawks fan....and it will be cold, 28 which is insane for us out here. so many reasons not to, and yet it might be the est chance i get to see Fields....hmmm oh 99% of the time i wouldn't go to a football game if you paid me i like my nfl on tv also i was wrong, lol. it's gonna be foles.

  15. no
  16. yeah, i heard that, and while the specific criticisms about the sacks/ball security are valid, thought it was a strange take. did he miss all those drops?
  17. I don't think it's any secret that it makes a ton of sense - to the point where I wouldn't even be a little bit shocked if it happened (but damn excited). horsefeathers, I almost expect it. I don't, but for all the reasons you laid out (plus the fact that we have a pitching staff - and just signed a guy to pretty decent money - that would really benefit from an elite defensive SS) it just seems to line up too right (obvious caveat, signing a superstar in his 20s makes sense for just about every team).
  18. that's why you remember him with a hat on
  19. trestman can probably be a decent OC but i don't see his personality working as a HC and the leadership qualities needed (and i don't usually care about that so much but this is an extreme case). too many anecdotes out there of just completely bizarre stuff.
