  1. You are devoid of human feelings none of us should care if the anti vax/qanon/flat earth/pizzagate whatever else idiot hurts his shoulder :dontknow:
  2. if i cared about andrelton simmons, i'd agree, but i don't.
  3. not really following this game but this is hilarious
  4. Yes, this is an extremely naive take. Rape is not about sex. Rape is about demonstrating power, a trait we encourage and prize in football players. Which is probably why football players being rapist is fairly common: https://www.nfl.com/news/kellen-winslow-ii-former-nfl-player-sentenced-to-14-years-in-prison-for-multiple https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2016/aug/18/former-nfl-star-darren-sharper-drugs-rape-jail-time Yup. The same goes for someone like Steve Wynn. Incredibly wealthy. Was as important as anyone in Las Vegas. He could have easily paid someone willing (especially in Nevada) to perform sex acts on him if that's what he wanted, but instead he pressured his employees to do it, and it's hard to argue that it would have been for anything other than for that same reason (displaying power). It has nothing to do with the sex or the ability to get it consensually. Louis CK's fucked up stuff too. The list of rich and powerful men who have done this sort of thing is practically endless and beyond well documented at this point. We can sit here and try to apply logic to these situations like "well i can't imagine why he would do that in his position" but it's pointless because these dudes are sociopathic monsters.
  5. horsefeathering derwood The point was dumb eh. your post was definitely dumber.
  6. if that includes that 21-0 game, the sample size is blown up No crap that’s the entire point of my post. The Cubs have blown the Pirates out 3 times by a combined 37-0 and lost to them 4 times by a combined score of 15-10. It’s strange and quirky. horsefeathering derwood
  7. You just killed my buzz. But looking at his minor league numbers prior to this start that seems spot on. Maybe we can trade him for a new Aramis. The part that killed my buzz was the "for those who remember him" line.
  8. Wow, has it been that long since the Bears had an "elite" rushing attack? :D not gonna lie that definitely crossed my mind
  9. Has it really been since 2017 since Sulley posted here?!! search.php?author_id=832&sr=posts holy horsefeathers
  10. ah so i'd file that under blogger/writer/whatever speculation and not actual rumors
  11. Where have you seen these rumors?
  12. Just took this excerpt from Greenberg's Athletic piece that describes what the incident was
  13. the tweet about him getting shoved into a locker was from a rando on twitter. it appears there was at least some truth to the tweet - whether or not the stuffing in a locker part was accurate. the sun times report about his throat being grabbed came out a little while ago today. i honestly couldn't tell if the tweet was a joke or not (before the sun times reported/confirmed the incident having been between kreutz and hoge) because it's entirely believable thing for olin kreutz to do and doing it over mustipher both reads like a joke (making fun of olin for the way he talks about mustipher) and like something olin kreutz is entirely capable of being a sensitive bully piece of horsefeathers about, because he is that much of a childish buffoon.
  14. Yea probably just sees that was the first O pick and called it the best lol
  15. I'm done with Ryan Poles
  16. i'm confused isn't that who he's talking about
  17. well that sucked on to the next one
  18. eh i agree with the overall sentiment (the coaching staff failed him hard) but i think nearly worthless is much too far. i feel much better going into year 2 with him having had several games at NFL speed under his belt going into this offseason than I would had he not played. he knows first hand what it looks like now.
  19. FWIW, the Bulls are currently +220 for the series and the Bucks are -270 on FanDuel. From what I heard Joe Ostrowski say on the radio a little while ago, 24 hours ago the Bucks were -3500. That means you had to bet $3500 on them to win $100, for the non-degenerates. +220 reflects approximately a 31-32% win expectancy. -270 reflects about a 72-73% win expectancy.
  20. that's a terrible comparison. the 2-0 start and the subsequent falling off a cliff was literally because (playoff) rondo was there for 2 games and then broke his thumb. if anything, the bucks are the ones about to deal with a significant loss in middleton (and maybe portis too). Plus that Bulls team pretty much sucked outside of the 3 alphas. Absolutely no depth. Paul horsefeathering Zipser was getting crunch time minutes in those games. I think its closer to the 09 Celtics series where the Celtics were expected to walk all over the Bulls even though KG was out. But the Bulls had some great individual players and played hard causing it to ultimately be a very closely contested series. Without Middleton we went from 0 chance of winning to some chance. I think 20% sounds about right. i'd probably put it higher what the bulls did in game 2 was not that different from what they did in game 1, except they shot like garbage in game 1 and were still in it. obviously, their defense has to keep disrupting them the way they have. but it's 2 games now that they've done that, and on the road. it's not just a one game fluke. these first two games have been highly competitive and both could've gone either way. the bulls have HCA now. the bucks are likely losing an all star (or, otherwise, he's hobbled). it's higher than 20%. that said, watch them get blown out in the next 3 now entirely and only because i said all this. my guess is they lose in 6 but that is partly just a defense mechanism lol
  21. I think its a decent chance of happening. Before the series I figured 1% chance I'd say the chance right now is about 20%. Reminds me of the very last time the Bulls were in a playoff series, when they won both the first 2 games in Boston before getting blown out in game 3 and not winning again. This isn't really going to be a competitive series until the Bulls actually lead in it. that's a terrible comparison. the 2-0 start and the subsequent falling off a cliff was literally because (playoff) rondo was there for 2 games and then broke his thumb. if anything, the bucks are the ones about to deal with a significant loss in middleton (and maybe portis too).
  22. that one really freaked me out like 8 years ago when he played football at Notre Dame holy horsefeathers he's 26 years old
  23. nice first half keep it up please
  24. No kidding. Chavez is beyond toast, getting anything with even a scintilla of possibility of becoming good is a great job by Jed and Carter. i swear i was like jed and who??
