Looks like Mathis(1), Grandal(2), and Maldonado(8). Austin Hedges(10), could probably be had in trade without it being painful. Also. I find it funny that Alex Avila is on the positive side of the ledger, after being horrific last year. I think this stuff is generally directionally correct, but IMO the magnitude is probably ~half of what the numbers say. i'd rather have grandal as our primary catcher than contreras -
He was throwing guys open and making anticipatory throws (i.e. people say Burton's defender fell down, which he did, but he had already made the decision and throw before that happened). The Robinson touchdown was an absolute dime. The throw to Cohen down the sideline was also an absolute dime. Yes, they were schemed open, which is the same thing going on with any good offense. Tampa's defense sucks and he's not going to have a monster game every week, but teams play against the worst defenses in the league every week and don't perform like that. i found most of it watchable until the absolutely insane last season...the lithgow season was prob my favorite. seasons 1 and 2 w/doakes were up there too.

Thank god the Bears aren't a dumpster fire anymore and can get me through the winter but this is really bad timing for a bye, damn it. Anyway, Bears move from 27th to 20th in offense with last week's performance, which vaulted them to #2 overall.

Could the Patriots game? Currently it's Rams and a JimmyG-less 49ers team. I don't see a more compelling matchup that Sunday as of right now than Bears Patriots. I don't think they can flex games until like week 11. But i could be wrong. Edited. It can be done as early as week5 Yep - Week 5
