I don't think so. Lilly pretty much maintained his puppy dog face that he always has the whole time, and none of the camera shots seemed to show him saying anything.

You have to eject him, he lead with the shoulder and jacked Fontenot in the face. I mean it's probably interference with the way he went out of his way to whack him.

It didn't look like it, he was already 0-2 on him. This is beyond belief. Soriano hits HR, Braves hit him on purpose with no consequences, Lilly hits someone on accident and gets immediately ejected, what a fantastic sequence of logic.

Okay, let's assume that Cuban has a lot of influence over these things. He took over a team in January of 2000 that ended up finishing 40-42. After that: 53-29 57-25 60-22 52-30 58-24 60-22 67-15 That's a .709 Winning percentage in the more difficult of the two conferences. He's not running the team into the ground. The exact opposite, actually. -

Phil Nevin is the analyst for the Wichita-UC Irvine game on ESPN. That alone is making this worth watching.

Atkins and Hernandez both had strong outings. Atkins: 6 IP, 6 H, 1 ER, 4/1 K/BB, 1 HR Hernandez: 5 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 5/0 K/BB Colvin finished 2/5 with that HR and a K. Holliman wasn't as lights out, but had a decent outing peripherally. 6 IP, 7 H, 4 ER, 6/2 K/BB, 1 HR But really the guy I'm getting excited about is Hernandez. He won't turn 19 until October, here's his performance since the Peoria callup: 24 IP, 22 H, 9 ER, 18/6 K/BB, 1 HR, 1.17 WHIP, 3.38 ERA -
The Cubs are playing Toronto on Thursday. I have tickets to that game also and I believe it will be Marquis again. No, it's Seattle.
