  1. I want to think that Manny has something to do with that, he's either got it or he's way up there, with upwards of 20. I might be confusing it with career playoff HR though.
  2. I saw a guy that was talking to nobody in particular at the train station on Sunday. He kept walking to the payphone, hitting a couple numbers, then would berate the imaginary person on the phone, before slamming the phone down and walking away while continuing to talk to and gesture at nobody. I think one of the times he was saying something into the phone about making sure to send white people.
  3. Josh Kinney of the Cardinals is a former Frontier league player. There's a team about 15 minutes from where I live. It's at least as low a level as Short Season A, probably worse. Most of the players are too old for them to make it to prospectdom, with the exception of guys like Kinney who can become passable relievers(and also for whom age is a lesser concern).
  4. After the Tulowitzki home run. Dude was making a beeline for Howry, and two security guys racked him about 5-10 feet from the mound.
  5. Wow, Bowen strikes out all the time, and actually makes contact so Pie can get wiped off the bases. Outstanding.
  6. awesome, hockey dudes don't realize there way in front of the organ and the crowd.
  7. You gave that to Francis the entire game, blue. And then you ring up a pitch even further outside, wow.
  8. its gone from the low 120 PF range down to the high singles around 108ish. Home Runs are still up there at 1.259 this year.
  9. 1.142 OPS at Coors .845 OPS away from Coors Coors doesn't have nearly the disparity in splits it used to though does it? It's still a very heavy hitters park. 2007 Park Factors
