This is an awesome move. It isn't that I hate Key or anything, he was good for us in Dallas, but after him telling Jarrett he was going to "show him" how to do everything the move is well-timed.
I already rejected it, though I am considering a trade with him for Zambrano. He's had him sitting on the bench all season and I think I can get him cheap.
Tennessee is still scoreless through 2, Cates has the only hit but he was doubled up on a Fox liner. Gallagher has gone 2IP, 2 hits, 2/1 K/bb. And I find it slightly humorous that the 1B umpire's last name is Loveless.
The D-Cubs batted around in the 1st and lead it 4-2. Colvin is 2-2 with a double and an RBI, Amador and Chirinos also added double. Blackford allowed 2 hits and 2 runs in the first.
He couldn't do anything with it once he got it. Plus, I think the Cardinals' series also showed some limitations to his play at SS. He was so far in the hole I don't think anyone would have thrown out Sanchez, he is a fast runner. It wasn't hit very hard either.
