Broncos make another DL pick with Marcus Thomas. With the league's new personnel rules, that could be a dangerous pick.

Isiah Stanback was just on the radio in Dallas, and the Cowboys told him that he was picked to be a WR/KR. He's a fast sonofagun, so I like the pick but he could have been had later.

Seahawks take Baraka Atkins, before the season started I thought he was a lock for a day 1 pick.

The Pack take Allen Barbre. He's a good small-school G/T prospect.

Moss is 30, but he really handcuffed the Raiders here. He's got big contract numbers for the next 2 years so they couldn't just cut him and he obviously wouldn't play there. Teams sensed this and knew they could get him cheap.

Panthers take Ryne Robinson. He's Steve Smith II IMO.

Lions traded up to get Manuel Ramirez, he's an absolute steal here in day 2. I thought he was a late 2nd/early 3rd rounder

YO!!! Fast as hell, hands aren't dependable all the time, but agreed... probably as much of a play maker as Ginn. Figurs is a great return-man. Probably as good, or better, than Ginn. However, he is going to be nowhere near as good a receiver as Ginn. He doesn't have the hands or the route-running ability. Two things that are probably the most important attributes for a WR. Agreed! I said, play maker, not receiver. He can make people miss... I agree, but both are extremely raw and probably about equal at WR right now.

Bengals take Marvin White out of TCU, the Cowboys had him in for a private workout. I was hoping that he would be picked up by us sometime on day 2.

Bills take Dwayne Wright out of Fresno St. This is quite a bit earlier than I thought he'd go.

I'm quite upset at this point that the Cowboys did grab Soliai with our first pick, we've got no one at NT behind Fergy. For a project QB I would have rather had Jordan Palmer.

He's good, but I think the real sleeper out of OSU is Roy Hall. He could be very good for some team willing to give him a year or 2 to fully develop.

There's no way someone can say a player will never be traded. Anything can happen in the future. Good thing he didn't say that. Seriously, do you even read the things you reply to? Over-react much? NCCF was adding on to Mephistopheles's statement, not trying to cut him down.

Xzavie Jackson and Brian Smith are the only 2 that I think have a shot to go in day 2.

IMO the best drafts of day 1 are between: Cleveland- Joe Thomas, Brady Quinn, and Eric Wright Minnesota- Adrian Peterson, Sidney Rice, and Marcus McCauley Atlanta- Jamaal Anderson, Justin Blalock, Chris Houston, Laurent Robinson San Fran- Patrick Willis, Joe Staley, Jason Hill, Ray McDonald
