You're assuming that with 113 pitches they'll pull Harang. They didn't pull him with 97 pitches...or with 103. If he is not laboring, why pull him? Although 113 is getting up there. Because you have a 4 run lead, and it's opening day? Why strain your #1 pitcher on opening day? To help out the rest of the division?

Homer! J/k Vance, I agree with a WR there and I like Bowe but I like Meachem a little more. I checked a number of sites and most had Bowe ranked higher than Meacham or Jarrett. It was down to those three, and the average ranking of the sites I checked had Bowe higher. I was just trying to give you a hard time since Bowe is from LSU, I've got no problems with the pick. I think most sites are a little down on Meachem because he's only had 1 good year, and he is not known as a very tough or physical receiver. I think he's got better physical tools and upside, but Bowe is solid as well. BTW how did he do catching the ball this year? I know that he had problems holding on to the ball in the past, but he had LASIK surgery this past offseason; did that really help him? -

As the other resident Titans fan, I feel a bigger need is at WR. They have absolutely no depth there and I can almost definitely see them taking Meachem or Jarrett. Though, nothing against your pick. They do need a good pass rusher. I thought about putting Meachem #1 over Carriker, but because of the horrible defense last year I decided to go there first. The drop off between the 1st and 2nd rounds for DEs and WRs also influenced my decision. There is a good possibility of Steve Smith, Jason Hill, and Sidney Rice still being there in the 2nd round.
