    I don't like the intentional walk move, even if it does set up the double play. We had the lefty-lefty matchup, and he's only 1-3 on the night.

    Hoffpauir was still on the bag when he caught the ball, bad call by the ump even though the ball was foul.

    Like what? When the last batter pulled the ball foul down the 3rd base line he flipped his bat.

    I hate it when guys flip the bat like that, it is too dangerous for everyone around home plate and is a bit show-offy IMO.

    Count me as one who did not like what Thompson did by letting Rivera and Wahle go. But it looks like he was more than right about Rivera, especially with Colledge's production last season. I wasn't able to watch last season, but from what I understand he was pretty much a black hole at RG with the C and RT having to help him on almost every play. Having big Leonard Davis at RG this year will be a huge upgrade.

    I think it would be better if all 3 of the guys were hanging off the wall by their underwear while the wife is eating the ice cream.

    DeRosa sounds like he cracked his bat on that liner to the SS.

    It would have been better if Guillen had trapped the ball, and Barrett made it to 3rd. Murton with an IF hit, Barrett to 3rd now.

    Trade the bum. We should trade him for Choi, and get Kerry to knock the sense back into him that he lost in the first collision. Where the heck is Choi now anyway? Tampa Bay, I think. Yup-he got sent down to the minors from Tampa Bay a few days ago. He was only 3-19 with 2 rbi this spring. He's never been quite the same since that collision took place.
