  1. Only 19 scoreless halves! 5 minutes away from 20 TD-less halves again.
  2. AGreed. Especially in situations like that, where a 15 automatically gives a team the first on 3rd and 27. But they took out the 5-yard facemask so I doubt this happens anytime soon.
  3. Dumbass playcalling and penalties and the Bears about to be down 2 scores again.
  4. He didn't really control the catch but I thought the same initiallyHe absolutely controlled that catch. No idea what whatshisname was talking about. Yeah, it moved, but it was controlled IMO.
  5. Better not be a penalty. Definitely a fumble though, but won't be called.
  6. 1st half PHI 1st half GB 2nd half GB 1st half Denver 2nd half Washington (28-3 lead at half) 2nd half Min 1st half Oak 1st half NOLA 1st half LAC 1st half PHI 1st half LAR 1st half NYG 1st half GB 1st half KC 2nd half KC 1st half MIN 1st half DET 2nd half NYG 1st half IND If the Bears don't get into the endzone in the last 7 minutes of this half, this will be their 20th TD less half for Nagy's offense in the last 22 games, starting with the playoff game. I'm not a big "fire the coach" guy because constant turnover never amounts to anything, but you can't go 30 minutes without scoring touchdowns in today's NFL.
  7. That's pass interference, but shouldn't reward him for a shitty throw
  8. Another scoreless 1st quarter. See if it leads to another scoreless half.
  9. Granted, he's being hit in the mouth each throw, but it's a clear indictment on Nagy that he didn't move to put in Foles because Foles was ready. He was basically just tired of Mitch. As an offensive focused coach, you can't have 2 bad QBs especially when you benched one for your handpicked guy.
  10. That's 3 50/50 balls Robinson has lost to INTs this year. That was a tough one, but still not ideal
  11. Tackled Jaylon away from his first INT. Of course, that's perfectly legal.
  12. First and 20 converted in 2 plays when the first one started with a guy hit as he's getting the handoff. Can't happen
  13. Brady 6-0 vs. the Bears and 7-0 on Thursday nights. Hopefully, Nick Foles is his Eli Manning like kryptonite.
  14. That was an absolutely bizarre signing by the Bears. Actually, not the signing itself, but the signing combined with the complete absence of any sort of idea of what to do with Davis. It was one of several transactions since Pace got here where the right hand (coaching staff) didn’t seem to know what the left hand (Pace) was doing. I don't see it that way. Mike Davis was signed before they drafted Montgomery. I think DM impressed them in camp and preseason, and I think they had a plan for Davis, but Montgomery caused them to change those plans. Next thing you know, they realized they weren't using him very much and the deadline to cut him and regain a comp pick came up. And they figured the pick was worth more than Davis' 3-4 touches a game.
  15. Absolutely justified. Nagy is definitely not VERY good. He might be good, and he might be able to become a VERY good coach. But he's not very good. His handling of the kicking situation was terrible and probably raised a lot of eyebrows of players. Montgomery is quite serviceable and probably has another gear, but he's not very good either. Maybe he turns into something else on another team, but he's got 2 100 yard games in 20 games to start his career. He's a pass catching RB that has caught more than 2 in a game just 6 times. No, he hasn't had a great line and he has had to work with garbage QB play most of the time, but a very good RB should have been able to do more than he's done so far. I'm a big David Montgomery fan based on my draft prep work on him. But I can't argue with anything said here.
