  1. I see Atlanta is setting themselves up for their biggest letdown yet. They may blow that Trevor draft pick, though. I don't think Minny has it in them to come back
  2. I think that was tipped by Nichols, not Mack
  3. Shocking how familiar that would sound if you just changed the names.
  4. This is known, John Snow. No H I don't know what you're talking about. Check my post again. :D
  5. This is the way. This is known, Jon Snow.

    NFL Week 5

I was in gymnastics in high school and one of the high bar guys missed the mat on his dismount and snapped his femur. It tore straight through the pants and there was blood everywhere. They made us continue for the rest of the meet. The school we were at didn't have extra mats, so they just flipped over the ones with the blood. So that was fun.
  7. If the Hawks are rebuilding, this doesn't help them at all. They get nothing for the future for one of their first line forwards on a reasonable contract. If they're playing for next year, then they traded one of their first line forwards for a second or third line defenseman. They even kept ownership of $1M of Saad's contract here, so the deal didn't free up much room under the cap. Z is fine, but there probably will be defensemen available in free agency that would provide equivalent production for the same or lower cost due to the depressed mid-range of the market this year. Then you could still trade Saad for picks/prospects and have the picks/prospects and the average defenseman. This was just dumb. they should be rebuilding, I'm not arguing that. but I disagree with saad helping them more if they're trying to win now. zadorov helps this team more, and at 25, you could still re-sign him. our biggest need going forward is defensemen. saad at 5-6 mil or whatever he'll get doeant really work with this roster going forward. so if you want to complain about them having no plan, go ahead. we're going nowhere. but as far as value goes, this was a whatever trade. I'm complaining about the stupidity of the trade more than the particular player we got.
  8. Not just my opinion... i can post the opinions of others too. https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/chi-col-brandon-saad-and-dennis-gilbert-for-nikita-zadorov-and-anton-lindholm.2784455/ most avs fans seem to be negative or neutral on the trade i'm not saying i think it's good or bad. i think it's about what he was expected to get in return. 9. best trade chip? Saad with 1 year and 6 mil isnt very valuable. hes just not that good. its prob more of a salary dump to sign strome. z is supposed to be pretty good too. not that any of this matters, because stan is lost Not just my opinion...
  10. So they got a different Olli Maata and a 25 year old non-prospect for their best trade chip? What the hell?
  11. that was the best way possible for the game to end.
  12. Yeah, I thought they'd run three times and go backwards. They complete that pass to robinson and the game is done.
  13. that's 1/4 of the distance they need in 10 seconds.
  14. They're going to kick it with a minute or so left. then Brady drives back and wins it.
  15. Yep. Bears leaving a game on the leg of the kicker. What could go wrong?
  16. eh There was enough helmet to chin to snap back Foles' head. We've seen less called on the Bears.
  17. Only 19 scoreless halves! 5 minutes away from 20 TD-less halves again. TD-less or scoreless?
  18. The first play I watched was the Tampa run up the middle for 30+ yards. Every play since has been horrible for the Bears other than the sack.
  19. When they non-tender Almora this fall, I don't think he gets a guaranteed MLB contract. He has zero trade value.
  20. Well, that was better, I guess. A few good plays, anyway.
  21. Might be the easiest int chance I can remember seeing.
