Yeah, there's lot's of talk about how different the Mets are (and they are), but the Cubs are a much better team now as well. There was no Schwarber, Fowler and Castro hadn't hit well all season, and Arrieta had yet to go full Arrieta. Our offense is generally much better, owing to the growth of the kids. The Cubs were better post-ASB, better post trade deadline, and did it in a tougher division. That's not to take anything away from the Mets very real improvement, but it's not as if they gained a lot on the Cubs. Regardless, this should be a good series.
