Very little criticism of Geo, but pitchers who can throw that slider that dives away seem to have pretty good success against him.

I guess that's Hendry & Piniella. I really don't think Piniella even wants him Then why does he keep playing him? I was wondering the same. Just leave him on the bench, DFA him, bring up some bum. Playing him surely means they still think he's worth something.
