    Sounds very stop-gappy to me. I think Collins knows the game though -- at least when I hear him talk, he seems to from my point of view.

    I don't remember people touting Deron's court vision as cream-of-the-crop coming out of Illinois. I would think it's pretty difficult to accurately project something like that.

    The Yankees don't play their best SS at SS either. You wanna argue with all their rings? Yeah, I'm sure that's the reason they have those rings. Of course not. Everyone knows they have their rings because Jeter bangs Maxim models.

    Really not a bad inning for Howry. That's the most in control I've seen him in '08. It's not quite his peak best, but we could really use him pitching like that more in the first half.
