  1. Yeah, but now won't be able to move it.
  2. Yeah, no decision really.
  3. They'll go for it.
  4. Brace for impact chicago.
  5. Hahah yeah sure.
  6. Here comes the hammer of destiny.
  7. The cover 2 blows.
  8. I don't think they will.
  9. I don't even think I can blame the D if they give up the lead. P-Nut out, Vash gimpy or out. Offense can't move the ball. How much can you expect?
  10. I mean there's blocking that wouldn't pass in high school.
  11. It's gadget-O time everybody.
  12. Hey look we're about to blow a 2nd half lead. Just when you think you've seen it all
  13. You're more rational than most though. Also, there would be Cub fans doing the same in a role reversal. Heck, I think I remember LaRussa complaining about a team resting regulars once. Could have been us even.
  14. Rose ready to go? I remember his knee was a little achy awhile back.
  15. Yea... all that isn't going to happen. if it does get PPD...then they will have to play monday though They may or may not have to. Depends what happens in the rest of the games. Probably will need a makeup Monday, though. Oh man. This is setting up for a veritable explosion of hysteria among Crew fans. Mets 1/2 game up on the Crew. It's Monday the 29th. Lou fields a team consisting mostly of our bench, the Mets win, and Milwaukee goes nuclear.
  16. :rotfl: :rotfl: NSFW, but I don't even care. Too damn funny.
  17. I'm typically far more positive, there are tons worse on this board. I'm just getting far too many 2006 Cards vibes from this team. I'd almost rather not see them. The worse they are, the more crippled, injured and debilitated they are, the scarier they are in my mind. Obviously anything can happen, but I don't see why you wouldn't have more fear of the Phils, Mets, & Dodgers then. All 3 of those teams carry with them a greater expectation that they could get hot and carry themselves past us than the Brewers. Plus why are you comparing the pixie-dust laden Cards to the woeful 26-year drought Brewers? The two organizations are about as far apart in terms of "miracle production" as you can possibly imagine.
  18. Oh I'm buying that. Awesome cover.
  19. It's pretty comforting to know that we can earn at least a split from a likely playoff opponent with our bench. In their building. With their 1, 2, 3 pitching in the series.
  20. I better not hear any more crap from them about how the Cubs are not trying to win.
  21. Another 100+ pitches on 2 days' rest now! At what point does CC's agent make a call? I mean -- the man has a ton of money riding on his health.
  22. This is really working out for us if you're into the matchup thing. all these teams are going to be dead tired from having to overwork everyone to get to the playoff. Sabathia another 108 pitches on 3 days rest. Wow. How much can he throw? Just pitch him every day.
  23. That fan was amazing. Wow :) Of course, I don't think he's taking into account that it's no easy task to get ARam out in those situations.
  24. HEART RIPPAGE ARAM STYLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
