  1. Castro's my boy. No really, I now consider him my boy.
  2. They're going to shoot lights out for 44 minutes every game? God I hope not. They hardly shot lights out. The Bulls weren't contesting them very well. If you don't expect Hansborough to hit a jumper over a dummy (ie Boozer without a hand in his face), you were underrating Tyler. They were basically hitting open shots. Yeah, well they started to finally miss the last 4 minutes. They surely can't keep doing what they did the rest of game the whole series, whether it's because the Bulls started defending better or whatever. We beat top seeds all season long. Get these piss ant Pacers out of the damn way however we have to do it so we can get on to the real basketball.
  3. Castro Him too :)

  5. Just forget about it. We've got a cup, and D. Rose. Plenty to be happy about.
  6. Canucks are just way better than us this year. I still find it amusing how they take things so personally. I think a team like the Red Wings can get into their heads like the Hawks have, take them off their game. We just lacked the capability of competing with them this time around.
  7. yeah, they passed it around so much they forgot to shoot it.
  8. hehe. at least there's Castro to get excited over. and he's worth it.
  9. that was pretty special by Luongo.
  10. That's why they send a joke like Torres out there. To do that. It's not a mistake. It's planned. Suspend him for 20 games for all they care.
  11. Of course we lay a huge egg, after I say the Pacers can't compete. Welcome to my life.
  12. I know. I usually try to stay away from sweeping statements like that, but to hell with it. I'm hearing people being really cautious about this Bulls team, and I while I understand it to a degree, I don't think it applies to the Indiana series.
  13. It's not that I disagree with Granger. But teams have been making a concerted effort to stop Rose all year long. It's not like all these teams have been saying, "oh hell yeah, let's just allow Rose to stop all over us." They've been trying. And they've been failing. Good teams, too. OK, now here's where I say something I probably shouldn't: I don't see how Indiana even competes against this Bulls team. There's no way. They would need everything to go right for a number of games, and the Bulls to just lay an egg over & over again. I think Chicago just rag dolls that team and nobody even remembers who we played in the first round. This isn't about whether the Bulls get past Indiana. It's about what happens when a young Bulls team finally meets the Celtics in the conference finals (the old vs. the new), or what happens when the Bulls match up against the Heat (the place Lebron went to, vs. the place he SHOULD have gone to).
  14. She said she wanted it out. PLAY THROUGH THE PAIN.
  15. +1 Stop piece-mealing this thing.
  16. Sure. I just don't want to draw conclusions about this season yet, even for players who I suspect aren't special. Even if he's not a great player, he could still wind up having a good 2011.
  17. Give him some time. It's mid April. I'd rather not start shuffling players up & down yet. It's not like we aren't winning any games. We're doing alright, just not great. Maybe a bunch of guys will get hot and we'll string together some wins.
  18. It seems he started fighting through nagging injuries when it became clear there was something to fight for.
  19. Same here. What made Luol step of his game? Thibs? He wasn't as good this year as he was last year. Yep. He was healthier this year, but really didn't do anything differently outside of shooting a few more 3's. Winning lots of games will change perceptions. Left more room for Rose. Frankly I wouldn't want the ball in Deng's hand more and Rose's less.
  20. I cracked open a nice bottle of wine just as Dempster was beginning to tire. It made the collapse bearable, allowing me to actually enjoy the win. I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER!!
  21. Uh yeah, I was thinking "give Q some time" Now I'm thinking "there might be a good reason he hasn't been given the reins before."
  22. Nice job pissing away a goodly lead IN LIKE 15 SECONDS.
