This might just be the meatball in me, but one thing I'd like to see more of from BJ is getting in the ear of the refs regularly. It's a "squeaky wheel gets the grease" type of thing. I watch guys like LaFleur - he's in their ear constantly over calls. It's not just personality, it's a plan. You can't help but see a little more of what a coach is drilling you on, which can lead to one or two calls that might make a difference.
