  1. I was just talking with my brother about this. Both of us feel like there’s a good chance guys are open and Caleb isn’t seeing those guys. But admittedly I don’t watch game film that much. There’s solid talent at WR on this team. And Caleb has enough time. I’d be shocked if guys aren’t getting open.
  2. Apparently the Ravens lied about Lamar’s status and the league is going to look at whether there should be some kind of punishment.
  3. You can write a letter which does nothing. Or you can be a pest during the games, always in the refs’ ear like that voice in your head that won’t go away. The latter can yield results. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. It doesn’t have to be a big blowup. It’s more just being the guy who won’t go away. Watch LaFleur. He is a master at it.
  4. He’s not. The good news is, BJ isn’t tied to Caleb other than obviously wanting one of his players to succeed. But in terms of creating a QB controversy or feeling like he needs to make a #1 pick work just because he’s a high pick? I don’t sense that he will let those factors get in the way.
  5. It’s BJ’s call. I’m confident enough in his ability as a coach to make the right decision . I don’t think BJ’s success is tied to Caleb. If Caleb flames out the team will continue without him.
  6. Nothing. Yet.
  7. Attack those weights man.
  8. Might be worth it. BJ’s call. Maybe he needs a week off to look at his mistakes.
  9. I’m always rooting for the Bears, but part of me doesn’t want Caleb Williams to rack up a bunch of meaningless yards to make his stat line look better today. He was bad.
  10. Lamar Huntley and Derrick Payton.
  11. Mean while, Lamar Huntley.
  12. At least the announcers are talking about that one.
  13. Whatever. The Bears didn’t play well enough to win anyway. It’s just ridiculous to see these calls.
  14. And that is it.
  15. Face mask not called
  16. I mean for the announcers to look at that play over and over again and see a total pop to the head helmet to helmet, Never even say one word about it - is inexcusable..
  17. I guess it’s optional to consider the helmet to helmet contact.
  18. When he stepped into that throw I was sure it was a wide open receiver. Instead there was coverage everywhere. That was grade A stinky.
  19. This is, indeed, quite brutal.
  20. Are the Bears the worst kick coverage team in the league? Sure seems like it.
  21. yeah, he will quarterback a drive like this, but there’s got to be more consistency than that.
  22. Yeah, it’s still a road game, the Bears are still a young team with injuries and can’t get pressure on defense. And the offense is still really hit and miss, with a quarterback that is still not very consistent and hasn’t fully grasped the office. This isn’t really a surprise. It sucks but not a surprise.
  23. There goes Illinois out of the top 25. Vandy is a thing. I’m not sure how far they can take things but it’s cool to see them be good for a change.
  24. I’m not so sure. Sure Huntley isn’t good but among his few shining moments is……you guessed it….a comeback win against the Bears.
