Why bump when you have physical DBs like Tillman and Vasher? Especially when the Patriots have shown how successful it is. The coaching/strategy is up there with the Panthers playoff game. The bend but don't break has been broken
A real, real, real stupid decision. You either go deep off the playaction or you run the ball. There's no other option there. Agreed, that would've been time for playaction and Clark in the seam.
Damn that defense needs a rest. Hopefully, they become more aggressive and stretch the field and end this vanilla crap. Trying to fatigue only works when they're on the field. :)
They've already tried going to Berrian down the sideline at least twice. They need to get Clark involved. Agreed, they've got to try and get some production in the middle of the field try and prevent the safeties (Sanders) from cheating so much in the box. Some play action might open up the middle. I would try a reverse as well on that 1st drive as well as playaction.

Right now, the Colts are controlling the line of scrimmage. Beyond that one big run, the Bears can't run the ball and there haven't been many deep in slants or Clark over the middle. No playaction either.
Basing Colvin's potential progression to the majors based on Wilken's success in Tor. and TB ignores a key factor of the development chain and that is how well will the Cubs minor league instructors be able to help develop him into a major league player, which he likely isn't right now.
