  1. What a [expletive] argument by Peter King. His next article is going to be about what made Matt Cassell lose all his QB ability between 2008 and 2009.
  2. I know I said I kinda liked the unis, but the raingear was hideous. The team looked like a male cheerleading squad wearing warmups.
  3. OK, whatever about Soriano. Point is, I'm not judging any manager by how his team does in meaningless games. A $130 million team must have some talent, and should be able to compete. I'm hardly impressed by them winning now. And how is Quade doing it? So they're winning because he makes the right lineup and double switch at the right time? To me, managing is less important in baseball than any major sport.
  4. They've played a number of games against teams still fighting for the playoffs. Are you impressed though? I'm flabbergasted. So the games matter...to the other team. So what? They haven't showed they can win games that actually matter to them. We all know that being irrelevant brings out the best in the Cubs. Soriano has been hitting meaningless homers forever.
  5. It should be exciting. I never buy it when a team is supposedly favored, which the Euros are. It's golf and it's matchplay. Anything can happen. And I actually like the unis.
  6. Fine. Give it to Quade. It's not like Girardi or Torre are going to necessarily bring WS titles. But I'm hardly impressed that he has the $130 million losers winning meaningless games. Let's see him win some games that actually matter.
  7. Really? He did? I've been watching espn all night and haven't heard a word about it. OK that's not nice. May he RIP.
  8. Yeah, ok whatever. Come to Green Bay. Good comeback.. Do the Bears have "no chance" in Green Bay also? It depends on where both teams are at during that point of the season. I HIGHLY suspect the Packers will be in the driver's seat. Look at this game and tell me the Packers aren't the better team and Aaron Rodgers isn't twice the QB that Jay Cutler is. Fine, Packers lost so congrats to all the Bears fans. I liken it to a baseball team that gets 10 hits and loses 2-1 due to two solo homers. See you in January. Bears fans would murder nuns to have Aaron Rodgers. They just won't admit it. OK, so I'd much rather Rodgers than Cutler. I admit it. I respectfully disagree with all the ESPN guys and the Packers fans thinking that they gave away the game. The team plays aggressively. Peppers got held every play and it got called twice. Cutler doesn't throw the pick at all if the Packer doesn't plant his helmet in the back of Cutlers throat. The interception does not occur without the pass interference. Sorry. You guys all make it seem like they gave it away with stupid penalties. You can't just take them away without taking away the aggressive play, which they clearly gain an advantage from. And completely ignore the failed scores in the red zone, and missed FG by the Bears. Just give the Bears their due respect. They won the game, and they deserved it. Sorry. It could've gone the other way, but it didn't.
  9. How bitter is that pill you're swallowing? Just saying. The Packers handed you that game. Seriously? The Packers hold on every play, the grab receivers. It gets called a few times, and you think they gave away the game. Now who's bitter? This is how bitter I am. :yahoo: :yahoo:

  11. THREE AND ZERO!! F YEAH!!
  12. Packers continuing their rapage.
  13. Just perfectly thrown. Perfect.
  14. Yeah, imagine if they called it the other way and Lovie's stupid challenge would've been an issue. People would've been ready to run him out of town.
  15. Not getting overturned. His left foot was close, but it was inbounds.
  16. Right in the upper chest. Not even a glancing hit to the helmet. They made a little helmet to helmet contact. Not really a hit, though. Yeah, if you want to see a real helmet to helmet hit, see the one on Cutler. FUMBLE!!!!
  17. What about all the holding penalties that weren't called? They are still coming out ahead.
  18. I was feeling that one!
  19. There should be a rule that multiple false starts on the goal line = safety.
  20. OMG. I could've caught that.
  21. The Jersey clearly got brushed by the defenders hand. That's enough.
  22. And going for it again? I'm not so sure about this one.
  23. Horrible Challenge. Just watch the replay.
