That is a huge haul for 2 rental players. #expectedresponse I'm just not a huge fan of Hill. Or rather Hill's ability to actually give you innings. I feel like it's 50/50 as to whether or not he spends most of the remainder of the season on the DL, or in some way incapacitated.

Smith isn't that bad, but I'd just as soon stick with Grimm, et. al He's pretty bad. 5.97 K/9, 3.11 BB/9, 14.8 HR/FB%, FIP/xFIP in the mid 4s, -.1 fWAR, averages only 88 MPH on his FB. Grimm is better Yeah, that's pretty much what I was saying there. Just that he's probably better than Matusz.

[expletive]. They're still going to get Archer or Sale or some other elite piece. At a time where it seems everyone is overpaying for players, just watch the Dodgers only have to give up like Puig, De Leon and some low level guy for Sale. There's no way. Boston or Texas can and would obliterate an offer like that. The price for Sale is going to hurt whoever pays it.
