    I'm sorry I'm gonna be "that guy", but if you work out regularly and still then are sore after playing a little bit of softball... then maybe your regular workouts need to be re-examined. Either that or you're probably just not stretching enough.

    Of all the guys you want Heyward switched with, you pick the one guy you could argue was hitting worse entering the game? Soler has been pretty good the last 7-10 days That and I seem to remember he handled the 2 hole OK last year. I just wouldn't mind seeing something different, is all.

    I know batting order isnt that important. I know we are a very good team. But I wouldn't mind seeing Heyward and Soler switching in the order a game or two. Switch things up.

    I am positive we would love to keep Ross next year in any capacity, coaching or advisory. Your scenario with Martinez is probably most likely, as I am sure some organization will offer Rossy a coaching job, so hopefully we can do the same in a win-win for everyone. But no, I don't think if that would happen and then we had injuries to our regulars mid year, that he would become active again. Theo and Jed will be able to find a suitable backup catcher out there. Without training in the offseason or spring training, I can't see a 39 year old newly retired coach David Ross getting talked in to getting in his crouch again
