  2. Here's the ESPN article: Link Ponson to Texas would be interesting...
  3. Uh oh. You do NOT want to throw at A-Ram's head.
  4. if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands. =D> =D> If any of you clapped twice after seeing that, raise your hand. *Raises hand*
  5. I'm going to request that all Cards fans please refrain from comments in this thread if they wish not to get banned. These games don't exactly promote happiness and clear-headed situations.
  6. The Dead Birds could pick up Trenidad Hubbard and Calvin Murray from the Cubs and both would be All Stars. Albie got pwned. Yay.
  7. I hate the Cardinals. I really, really, really do.
  8. Oh joy, an inconsistent zone. This will be a fun night.
  9. Geez, that curve is just falling off the table.
  10. Lee responds to the booing with a double. Bwahahahahaha.
  11. Oh geez, did they have to let these umps call this series?
  12. I seriously don't get why Florida would do that deal with Boston. They get two mediocre starters in Arroyo and Mays, no young prospects, and Boston basically gets the best of all worlds. It sounds like a random rumor you'd see on some hack Red Sox board.
  13. He's the top pitching prospect in the Cubs' system right now, imo.
  14. Apparently, to help ease the money in the deal, Sidney Ponson would be heading to Florida to make it easier for Baltimore to stomach Lowell.
  15. Nomar went 1/2 with a K today as Mesa's starting shortstop. He also helped in receiving a 2-6 DP.

  18. Apparently the Cubs have decided to try Alfred Joseph out at pitcher, despite him posting some pretty good numbers in Peoria and Boise this season.
  19. Hm, I was unaware that they were going to up payroll in a big way next season. Still, teams should always leave a talent for talent trade open, imo.
