  1. Weird MLB rule. If the lights are on for one half of an inning, they must be on for the next half in order to be fair to both teams.
  2. I'd like to see Z take a nap on the mound waiting for the lights to come on. I can imagine him with a sleeping cap and everything.
  3. Let's hear it for ridiculous rules!
  4. Against the Cubs, he'd hit a triple. Against the Brewers, he'll blow it.
  5. Joe West apparently starting trouble before his turn at the plate in the upcoming game.
  6. Let's see some of that Hank White Magic!
  7. Hanging curveballs and fastballs down the middle from Loaiza? Something tells me this won't end well for the Cubs.
  8. Oh well, at least Loaiza sucks... ...wait, that means we'll go into operation shutdown and have a fake rally. 4-3 final, anyone?
  9. 5th in the majors, 3rd in the NL.
  10. I can understand these situations if it's someone like Loney or LaRoche...but freaking Loaiza?!
  11. How many more years are we gonna keep saying that? Isn't he still our youngest starter? Marshall? Is Marshall younger? I really don't know. Marshall's a year younger.
  12. How many more years are we gonna keep saying that? Isn't he still our youngest starter? I think that honor belongs to Marshall.
  13. Botched hit and run. It wasn't a hit and run on a 3-2 count, Gonzalez just didn't swing at a good pitch. That was a hit and run all the way. If Kent was trying to steal, he would have made that a lot closer than it was. Gonzo is usually halfway decent at the plate, to boot. He knows better than to look like an idiot swinging at that pitch in normal circumstances.
  14. Even if Kendall was, he still would have thrown Kent out. THROW STRIKES.
  15. That works. Blanco nearly airmailed it and yet he still beat Kent by three feet,
  16. With the 2-3-4 hitters coming up, no less.
  17. I think Z wanted a collision at home plate.
