Yeah, I am surprised they even won a game/got into the tournament. Being a Wisconsin resident and getting to see most of their games, this had to be one of their worst/least talented teams in 10+ years. They just are an awful offensive team and marginal defensive team. They don't have 1 guy who you could go to offensively when you needed a basket that you know they could get a good look/shot and have a good chance of making something happen. Their schedule helped a lot in terms of them getting in. I figured they were due for a 9 or 10 seed, so I was surprised to see them get a 12 seed. However, it made some amount of sense when the tournament officials explained that they did it to accommodate their rules for matchups and seedings. A lot of their recruits haven't panned out so well, but I think there's enough talent there to help them make a run next season. Their inconsistency has been their achilles heel, but I think the coaching staff is good enough to help the younger players get past that.
