  1. Fixed. http://www.hellonearth.com/movies/conair/plot11.jpg
  2. Define irony: The announcers whining about no-calls on UConn.
  3. I really dig Suton's outside touch.
  4. What's good for the goose...
  5. That was a welcome sequence of events.
  6. He's got a CLEAN dossier. Except for when A.J. Price, who's ON THE FREAKING TEAM NOW, joined up with Marcus Williams to steal some laptops. What a joke. Marcus Williams didn't steal laptops; he was merely engaging in distributive justice! He should be commended for his compassion and sportsmanship!
  7. I love how the announcers are covering for Jim Calhoun. It's painfully hilarious.
  8. I love how everyone stood around waiting for the foul to be called after that block.
  9. The Cardinals and the Brewers.
  10. Quit flopping. This isn't FIFA.
  11. I am, but only because I think they have a better shot at beating UNC. I like MSU as a team better. I'll be the first one to go out on this limb, but I think Michigan State would beat UNC Monday night. That said, I still think UConn will pull this one out. What makes you think that a second MSU-UNC game would be at least 36 points different than the first time the two teams met? A healthy Goran Suton would make the game closer. 36 points closer? Probably not. But he would given MSU a better chance against UNC.
  12. That was seriously Thabeet's first foul? Really? Really?
  13. That was driving me nuts! Thank you!
  14. WHERE THE HELL WAS THE FOUL ON THAT ONE?!
  15. Looked like he took a swing at the guy at the end of that play. Izzo needs to send a message. Send in a scrub for a nice hard foul. After that play, everyone's on notice. I don't see retaliation happening in this one.
  16. Looked like he took a swing at the guy at the end of that play.
  17. Gee refs, see what happens when you don't call anything underneath?
  18. UConn is getting away with mugging underneath. Yeesh.
  19. Go Spartans and Heels.
  20. What the Pistons and Knicks did to players driving the lane in the late 80s/early 90s was borderline criminal. I'm not saying LeBron has it easy, but things definitely have changed since those days.
  21. Yes. They managed to pick up some potential impact players (Rasmus and Wallace), some pretty good potential future roleplayers (Motte, Perez, Jones, etc.), and a ton of guys who currently are decent, but could break out and do really well for themselves. They've also done a pretty good job in the draft, although it bears noting that they've kept themselves occupied in Latin America in recent years.
  22. 16th in QB rating last year. It's a heavily flawed stat. I wouldn't want to rely on it as the be-all, end-all to judge a QB.
  23. *Checks calendar, sees it is April 2nd* Well I'll be.
  24. I'm ready to finally admit this, and believe me it isn't easy. I was sitting here tonight, thinking about LeBron. I do that sometimes; think about LeBron. LeBron can and very likely will surpass Jordan. Barring injury or other unnatural circumstance, there is nothing Jordan could do that this man can't and more. Every team in the East and maybe the whole league is now in NBA purgatory. Ain't nobody winning a title without an LeBron injury or some unholy player pairing like Wade and Howard joining forces. League over, go home. until lebron comes remotely close to accomplishing what jordan did in the playoffs over his career, it's pointless to compare them. there are just so many legendary shots and performances in general from jordan that made him so special. right now lebron has the 48 point game 5 against detroit and that's it. it's going to be about a decade before we can start comparing lbj to mj. raw talent/skill wise? that's another story. I think LeBron is a great player in his own right, but I just don't think you can compare him to Jordan. As Bill Simmons mentioned today, Jordan player in an era with legal hand checks and looser rules with flagrant fouls. I can't even imagine how good Jordan would be if he had played with the current rules in place. As weird as it sounds, those two rule changes effectively mean Jordan played in a different era.
  25. Like Early Edition, except it's not delivered by a cat. :D Maybe they can bring that show back, only with the cat bringing in the Daily Herald. Considering it's now the only major paper in the city not in bankruptcy, that might well be the case if they bring that show back.
