I remember taking the Red Line to work the next morning. The cemetery north of Wrigley had a ton of downed trees from where the lightning had just ripped them apart. It was the worst storm I can remember in terms of how powerful it was. -
Anyone remember that game at Wrigely where he got hit and acted like he was dead? He was the guy who was terrified of lightning, wasn't he? Ran off the field of play like a little girl when that crazy lightning storm hit this past summer.

Lilly has probably been the most consistent starter since his acquisition. I don't quite get that... He had some struggles early in the season last year, but yeah, he has been really good. Considering the initial response to the contract we gave him, he's turned out to be one of Jim Hendry's pleasant surprises.
