  1. This ump has a keyhole zone going. Nice.
  2. Good lord don't bring a camera to your party. Unless your not having a good one, or unless you have the coolest fiancee ever. I doubt the strippers will be on the rooftop. But if they were.... best bachelor party EVER. The Fan Cam would have a field day with those guys.

  4. Nope, although there's only been a handful of guys drafted from ND since 2007.
  5. Just trade for someone like Jamie Walker or some other team's overpaid LOOGY if you're that desperate to have a better than terrible left handed pitcher in the bullpen. Quit jerking around Marshall.
  6. This is what happens when you have a bad writer who needs to meet a deadline.

  8. Jake Fox is playing 3B tonight for Iowa. He's also hit his 16th HR.
  9. The only reason to eat at Wendy's is the Frosty. And it is an awesome reason.
  10. On and off showers. Probably another PPD game tonight. \:D/ That's what I wanted to hear. Game has officially been postponed.
  11. I was thisclose to putting him and David Price on my list. If Stras stays healthy, he'll be a perennial Cy Young candidate.
  12. On and off showers. Probably another PPD game tonight.
  13. My top five choices for position players: 1) Hanley Ramirez 2) Evan Longoria 3) Albert Pujols 4) Ryan Zimmerman 5) Jay Bruce For pitchers: 1) Tim Lincecum 2) Zach Greinke 3) Felix Hernandez 4) Jake Peavy 5) Chad Billingsley
  14. Gamel's a worse defensive third baseman than Braun was. Stop and think about that for a second. Word is they're calling him up now because they've got some interleague games coming up and they could use Gamel at DH. Wouldn't be the worst idea in the world, imo.
  15. And did you get it over the plate without bouncing it?
  16. I think the look is him realizing that he is never going to get a fair wrap as long as he's a major league baseball player. See also: Artest, Ron
  17. Vitters has a .308/.348/.449 line so far this year. Wieters has not been called up. His line in AAA is .263/.366/.368. Peoria is A-ball right? With Boise & Daytona being low-A ? Boise: Short Season A Peoria: A Daytona: A+
  18. Cerda was pretty much the only toolsy HSer they took in the first 20 rounds last year. Considering Vitters was pretty freaking toolsy two years ago, the Cubs didn't seem to have any hesitation in taking him. It's hard to know when they're in love with a guy, though. However, the more I read about this year's draft class, the more underwhelmed I become with the high school position players who should be available when the Cubs pick.
  19. Aw, a foot from the basket. And he took that the other way.
